Windows 10 Refresh

    I have a computer that came with Windows 8.1 then it was upgraded to 10

    If I do a refresh would it go back to 8 or 10

    I suspect 10 just want to make sure it would only go back to 8 if I did a re-install from recovery partition at boot up

    Yup, 10 - only way to get back to 8 would be rollback within 30 days of the upgrade, or clean install

    I want to stay with Win 10 the only reason I want to do a refresh is to get rid of browser pop up

    I have tried everything to get rid of them new profile in Chrome, JRT, Hitman Pro, Mbam, nothing will stop the pop ups

    Do you have backup images of when there were no popups, if so try one of those.
