I recently purchased a computer with a retail Windows 10 Home RTM (10240) license on it, activated. Meanwhile there are many big major updates like KB3135174 or KB3140742, should i update (upgrade) or leave the system like it is, wait for some final upgrade? Many thanks for any helping reply.

Upgrade doesn't have to be a fresh install. You can keep your current programs and parameters. In June redstone will not be a final update; rather a new branch update, waiting for the next one...
