there is a workaround for it . you have to first boot your os into recovery using shift plus reboot click. then troubleshoot then via cmd . on cmd type regedit. click on hklm then click on file to load hive then select "%SystemRoot%\System32\config\SYSTEM" name as OfflineSYSTEM. then go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\OfflineSYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\CI\Policy & Change DWORD Value of SkuPolicyRequired to 0. vice versa HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\OfflineSYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\CI\Policy & change DWORD value of SkuPolicyRequired to 0. then unload hive. then reboot . there you are out of S mode from any SKU.
