windows 10 services disabled ? HELP?

    I used these registry input to disable services but Can't Type in Windows 10 Search Bar? which of these services has caused this?

    Run one by one and then see which of them causes. But there maybe not only one, there may be also some combination.
    At first sight seems, that You have blocked Windows Search, is it so?

    MpsSvc is Windows Firewall, it should not be disabled at all, even if you turn off Firewall

    your issue is probably related to TabletInputService or DevicesFlow
