To disable them, users should go to Wi-Fi > Network settings > Manage Wi-Fi settings, and uncheck all that apply.
Odd because my gf said she could see it @Kricker some people may have not been a insider plus only 2 days left before windows 10 hit the world ...
MS so far was proven to be not very keen on sharing the knowlegde from which they make their money off. And NSA simply tries to store the net + traffic, still searching for faster tools to process that pile .
Sad to see this thread here. No doubt OP saw the Gizmodo freak out article about this. Hopefully people will be smart and read into how this actually works. Non of your networks are shared by default, and you have to specify which ones do get shared, and with what service. Non of this is automatic. The WiFi Sense service is enabled by default, but non of the sharing is. Even when you connect to new networks, there is a check box right under where you enter your password that says "share this network". That check box is also not checked by default.
Also, isn't this in a pop up box the first time you connect to WiFi? I thought it was explained somewhere in my system.
