Does anyone know when reinstalling new hardware such as a motherboard and operating system if windows 10 will recognize its own software raid created on windows 10?

I have done this several times with Storage Spaces based raid 1 mirrors. Created on 1 machine and moved the 2 drives to another machine. depending on the setup you may need to import/manage the storage spaces array using Storage Spaces Manager in Windows 10. If I recall the Storage Spaces Array set was created in win8 and moved to a Win10 machine.

Storage Spaces, mirrored (Raid-1) and above, will literally follow the system around until you break the pool or do something really, really dumb. Despite it being software based, it's not a fragile setup by any stretch of the imagination.
