My Windows 10 time keeps on going between the correct time and 1 hour back.

If I change any setting on the time date settings it will correct itself, but after a couple of hours or the next day it will start changing again .

Setting it to or not "Synchronize with an Internet server" is not helping permanently.

Adding a scheduled task in "Time Synchronization" to trigger every 30 minutes is not helping...

    :g:

    Please help ?

    Check your Time Zone settings.

That also removes the daylights savings (over here it changes 1 hour every Winter & Spring) which send the clock back two hours.
