    ^^ but did you notice the date 11.01.16, where the massive instabilities started? It was about the time of the patchday.
    How to debug the reason now?

    You could do an old fashion /sfc scannow ore a dism restorehealth the last one is better I think and for debugging check the windows logs I guess :tea:
