You can find cafe' or friends who has a high speed internet, then use Microsoft Windows 10 Media creator media, you can burn dvd or use USB flash..

OK I am thinking doing the same thing to upgrade from activated Win 8.1.
I have removed the free Win 10 icons including KB3035583 and other KBs etc.

Can I still able to upgrade using flashdrive without going through the ritual by re-installing those KBs?

    Many thanks.

Though it's not recomended to upgrade from a kms activated windows 8.1. But it should work, without reinstalling those kb's, by using an iso/dvd/usb.
