Ok, let me start by saying IM SORRY! I know there is a lot of negative post in regards to Windows 10, as well as positive post. I have read a ton and my mind is about to explode. So, I am going to ask the following questions that I have already search but for some reason, I am still freaking confusing. I guess I am dumber than I though. I am not looking for any sarcasm. Again, sorry. If you can answer me great, thanks in advance.

I am currently using Windows 7 Ultimate X64 (activated by Daz loader). Which I very much love. But I am building a brand new computer, specs below.

    Asus Z97
    I7 4790K
    32Gb of DDR3 1800
    1000W Corsair PSU
    Rosewill Blackhawk
500 SSD along with 4 2TB WD HDD
    2 GTX 970

I am looking to upgrade to Windows 10 mostly for DirectX 12.

If I install Windows 7 in the new PC with Daz loader and run Windows 10 upgrade. Would I come across any big issues in regards to activation?

And lastly, should I even bother with Windows 10?

No problem with activation with your situation. If you like playing around with your computer, figuring out new things and working a little on some bugs Windows 10 is for you. Don't forget to make an image of your Windows 7 setup first.

Actually that sounds like a good idea @lite8. I do use Oracle VM. I might start now with some testing with my current settings.

Besides all the privacy problems, I really like it in appearance and usage. I use the small start menu but in general it's much smoother and I'm happier with W10 than W7

Yeah, I will give the VHD a tried first. Again, I was kinda looking forward to make it my primary. Mostly since I will be installing it on a SSD. But if such, I might such install W7 on the SSD and W10 and a different partition. I was just looking forward to DX12. Upsetting that MS would go the route of only DX12 for W10 when they know how popular and well W7 is and still doing.

And if anything, since I am getting a 500SSD, I can partition it to install both W7 and W10. I will be installing all software and games on my 2TB HDD, so I can use W10 for the new games when they come out using DX12, and use W7 for my everyday life. Can this work fine? without affecting my SSD?

Putting 2 OS's on same disk may cause some problems, may want to dual boot, different OS on each disk, you decide which OS gets the SSD, me-Win 10.:g:

Yeah never had an issued before when I did XP and Vista, then XP and W7. So Ill be doing W10 Pro and W7. Also, any positive reviews with Destroy Windows 10 Spying app and KMSpico for activation?

So I finally got my new PC up and running and I am using W10 as my primary. However, I came across one annoying problem.

Alot of files that I want to delete within my HDDs, I am unable to.
Some say that I need System permission, others Desktop Permission as my own administrator.

I cant figure out for the life of me how to fix this. I have searched all over the web and found many different ways but with no success.

    Anyone have an idea?

Ill give that a try. Hell I even noticed that every time I am trying to install a software the UAC keeps popping up even thought I keep changing to Never Notify.
