Windows 10 - What to know about Touch Devices?

    I live with my brother and he wants a replacement for his old laptop, but one with a touch screen. I only use typical laptops without touch capabilities and don't know anything about them.

    Last time I used Windows OS with touch capabilities was on a half-broken laptop in Mexico in 2005 before permanently moving to France. Has Windows OS become functional since then?

    Windows 10 works well on a touch screen device now how smooth the touch feel will be depends on the device some have better screens than others.
