I Almost Tried Every Single Solution available in google. still UnAble to un-park all my core's. Technical Details : OS - Windows 10 Pro 1703 x64 Processor - Amd FX-8350 Black edition - 8 Core's Ram - 12GB Any Workaround or Patch?
And why do you think they're parked? Considering the fact you're asking about the dodgiest amd cpu core-wise, you should first explain the reason you're fiddling with your "cores", as you may simply be misunderstanding your cpu.
Core parking is disabled by default on Windows 10... What software did you use to enable it and how are you checking if the cores are 'parked'?
