I've always installed Windows 11 Education as it has all the features including the ability to disable telemetry via GPO but now I'm thinking, since I can also disable Telemetry via 3rd party tools and that's the only benefit I see from Education/Enterprise to me. Would Enterprise/Education be slightly slower due to having more features than Pro be such as Azure Virtual Desktop, Universal Print, Scure Score, DirectAccess, etc.

    Hi,

Education and Enterprise editions seem to be similar in terms of telemetry. Also, it's worth noting that IoT LTSC may eventually lose support for certain games or applications when the equivalent Education version reaches its end-of-life, which could be an important consideration for users who rely on it.

    My two cents.

If those "certain games or applications" stick to Microsoft's "Windows as a Service" (Adobe applications are, for example), then they may require "the latest version" of Windows, which IoT LTSC may not be if the equivalent Enterprise / Education version become EOS.

Since I do not depend on those games or applications at all (don't play modern games, don't use any Adobe applications), I have no problems continuing to use Windows LTSC / IoT LTSC. Currently I am using Windows 10 LTSC 2019 and Windows Server 2019 as my main systems, and I shall also use Windows 10 IoT LTSC 2021 in the future if necessary.
