my system ryzen 5800x motherboard x470 prime after reinstalled windows 11 my default balance ...minimum processor states is 0% i saw on google..it is default is 5% is it 0% or 5% can you check your default balance power plan...it set my minimum processor state to 0%(by default) should i change to 5%? let me know thx if you ever change the value you can select the restore to default value...
