This is my two cents into the new Windows Beta. I have installed the version you see in the post on three older Dell latitude Laptops without any problems. I used the Windows 10 ISO and then updated with DEV as an insider and the system came up fine. I tested many of the different new features and I like what I see.

After installing the Beta Version I installed the Microsoft Office 2019 and using the KMS-VL-ALL-7.2RC2 activated both Windows 11 and Office for 180 days.

My next test was to Clone the new Beta Windows 11 and see if it would work in other type laptops. Using AOMEI Backupper 4.6.3 and the System Clone function I was able to create multiple types of GB SSD's and they all worked when placed into each of the older laptops I have.

If this information is helpful I also created a new Windows 11 Pro document showing the new features vs the old Windows 10 differences.

The people in today are starting to evolve so fast that the brain can't catch up.

Sign up on Microsoft under Windows Insider with a ID and Password, if you don't have one create one, this way you can be a Microsoft Insider and you can download the Beta software, DEV which will bring up and install the Windows 11 Pro for you to test

  10. As an insider I'll have to try that, same here Windows 11 runs almost without a hitch on my laptop in exceptions to the fact that's only the first Dev build off the Microsoft assembly line. A few bug here and there are expected and that's why we beta test and share our results.

Once you get a Windows Beta up and running with current updates, see if you can clone your Windows system to another either SSD or SATA Drive. I used AOMEI BACKUPPER PRO. If you do this make sure your drive that's being cloned its formatted as a GPT drive unallocated. Then if that works see if you can place it into another laptop or desktop and see if it boots as a Windows 11 like your original drive. I do this so I don't have to sit and create multiple systems from scratch, when the System Clone takes about 6 minutes. On my Windows 11 Pro Beta and Microsoft Office 2019 the total size of both systems was only 27GB.

I rarely clone a system. I just image both efi+system partitions, then all I need to do is re-image to another hard drive. I don't have any Legacy pc's anymore. I can also just copy the image to another pc partition, then easily add efi partition and edit to match new system.
