Windows 11, version 24H2: KB5044284 installed but WU tries again & fails

    After fully resetting WU ("Reset Windows Update in Windows 11" on eleven forum) and re-running check manually, it eventually decided to install with no issue

    start ms-settings:windowsupdate
sleep 5
C:\Windows\System32\USOClient.exe StartInteractiveScan

    It did not work for me... I am also on LTSC IoT and tried resetting WU (the bat script with admin), and the update keeps failing.

    I want to know how should I do a "in place upgrade" for LTSC? As LTSC images do not seem to include updates, am I right?
