Windows 7 64 Professional to Windows 7 64 Ultimate

    I have searched and am not sure.

    I have a valid Winows 7 x64 professional. To upgrade to Windows 7 x64 Ultimate , do I use my Retail copy (Never activated) of Ultimate and upgrade it or should I do a fresh/re-format install?

    Its a Dell that came with Windows Pro 7 x64. I already purchased Windows 7 x64 Ultimate from MicroCenter ( OEM for US$199.00)

    I am wondering if I should just re format it or can I just upgrade it with the OEM version I bought?
