i just installed this on my spare rig. when i first install win 7 i always head over to User Account Control and turn it off. so i searched "uac" clicked it then had the box pop up asking if i want to allow it.....now hears the problem the yes to allow box is grayed out. IE not clickable?? the no is the only option??...any ideas
control panel \ user accounts and family safety \ user accounts change user account control settings move to never on the slider bar press ok .. I just isntalled 7057 x86 and had no issues disabling this
that didn't work. i can't get that far as i keep getting the same pop ups. i did notice on this PC administrator" appears under my name. but on the problem PC "standard user" appears under my name. so it seems its installed with no admin rights. strange never had a issue with this before.........im the only user so i just do a normal install with no password. is there a work around or should i try another install??
