    Hi everyone,

I've got a problem I've never come across before and wondered if anyone might be able to help?

I've had a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate (x64 and x86) which utilises the blacklisted Lenovo key and auto activates during setup, has never needed an online activation before.

I've just installed this version on a laptop which came preloaded with W8.

After setup was complete andW7 loaded, I checked the System Info page and noticed under Windows Activation that Windows is not activated and requires activation in 3 days.
This is the first time I've ever seen this using this copy of W7, usually this page would say Windows is activated and aslong as I didn't install KB971033 all updates would pass WAT etc.

Does anyone have any idea why this particular installation hasn't been straightforward and what I can do to correct this?

    Cheers!
