Your server is down or better: impossible to connect! You can easy signup to NO-IP.com and open an account. This will also give you the opportunity for to run an FTP server or other on you Home Network but be connected an accessible to an from the internet. They having paid an FREE services. The service is up and running very fast after signup and all you need to do is to install and one of your computers a small program named DUC (Dynamic Update Client) for to inform any IP changes at your connection. But you have to run your server 24/7!! I use NO-IP since many years without problems for either paid and FREE services. And I run more than 20 different servers over NO-IP!
