Update to Windows 7 Beta (KB961367)

    To protect your MP3 files
    1. Before you install this Beta release, back up all MP3 files that might be accessed by the computer, including those on removable media or network shares.
    2. Install the Beta release of Windows 7; download and install the Update to Windows 7 Beta (KB961367) located on this page.
LOL at the fact they own up to Win7 munching people's MP3's right up front!
The file name seems quite different from the ones people have been mentioning as the beta .. not sure what the actual build number is until its downloaded.

The beta will go public from Microsoft in 2 days.

I've always wondering what it take to become a member of MSDN. Is there a fee we have to pay to joined or just a free membership?

I can verify the SHA1 and MD5 hashes are the same for the torrents that went up around x-mas for build 7000. Looks like those that already installed will only need to get an activation key!

As for MSDN .. to access MSDN subscriber downloads you do need to pay $$$. There are different levels of access. You get downloads for most Microsoft OSes (not just betas), server products, applications, etc.
