    you could detach any external devices, especially USB devices, and see if you still have the same problem? and also can u provide the spec of pC may be an incorrect installed driver

    yeah sorry, if you have any usb external usb devices connected tothe pc, disconned them and see if u get the same error. and/or check that you have all the updated drivers from the man. Or are you just using windows 7 installed drivers
