I am running a very old machine with an AMD 780G chipset. When I initially installed Windows 7 years ago I followed a guide that advised partitioning prior to installation to prevent creation of a separate System Reserved Partition for the MBR. Now I regret not doing a regular install. I've been using Macrium Reflect to clone my system drive from a Samsung 830 SSD to a larger Samsung 860 EVO SSD. The clones kinda work but booting is slow at times and at other times it won't boot at all. I need to learn how to either repair my non-standard MBR or how to create the System Reserved Partition and move the required files from my C:/ drive to there. Please point me to a solution if you can help.
