I'm using imgburn 2.5.1 and failing A LOT on DVD-DL media. Pretty solid on DVD-R media..no coasters. One time the disc burned with no errors, but most of our machines could not read it. 50-75% coaster rate with DL media. This is on a HP 8510P laptop with the built-in burner. I also tried an external Plextor DVD burner/Blu-Ray reader and it failed too.

Why dont you try the MS tool for burning the DVD as well for USB mounting
