    nrgz your link using Firefox starts the download and ends it after 1 sec...

    No problem with Chrome 4, downloading at 3MB/s

    Just delete this part "?Icid=1033"

    and put this link in any download manager it will work..

    'Icid' must be wrong anyway.

    Im sure somebody just mistyped 'lcid' here, which is short for LocaleIdentifier.

    Maybe somebody should correct that in the original link...

    The x64 version is floating around the internet just search for
    I will not like to any download sites as it is against the rules
