    You need to download the theme and then apply it!

    Anyone know where a windows 7 theme to make 7 look like xp is? I have seen ways to make 7 look like 98 and vista but not xp.

    There is an XP mode offered in Windows 7 with which you can get the XP interface instead of Windows 7. Im not sure how to activate it but you can google it...
