Please I need help since I use the pc for almost anything.It started freezing and sometimes keeps loading with non stop til I reset it and it keeps doing the same even in safe mode.. Can you be more specific? does it restart when windows starts loading or before? Did you recently upgrade or change any hardware? Cheers
Well if your machine wont even boot into safe mode then something is wrong for sure. Have you tried booting from your Windows 7 install media ? If not try doing this and choose, "repair computer". Another thing you could try is disconnecting everything, all cards and drives from your motherboard. Reboot your machine with everything disconnected. Switch it off and reconnect everything. Reboot again, maybe this will help.
Thanks for the replies but noting helps.I have tried everything you said but nothing.As to repair disc ,it starts then there is window asking to disconnect any device or or usb connected lately ,which I do but as I said before nothing happens. The system starts and keeps loading(blue circle going on and on). No upgrade nor hardware update.
You need to supply more info: You could have a bad installation. Did you just Install? Did you just download a Win 7 copy? Could you have downloaded a bad copy? Did you just install a New Program/Application? What is the very last thing you did before this happened, Think Hard........That could very well be the cause!!!
Don't waste time guessing when there is a good chance that your computer might be able tell you what is wrong. 1) Open Start Menu. 2) Right-click on "Computer" 3) Select "Manage" 4) Open "Event Viewer" 5) Look around "Administrative Events" under "Custom Views" and the "System" and "Application" logs under "Windows Logs". Pay close attention to the timestamps.
Shorter way (if you are able to get in Windows) Start > Run type eventvwr Or if you have MSDART bootable cd and go to Computer Management and open eventviewer. I solved many problems on my PC by checking the Event Viewer!

i bought my pc and windows 7 was already installed.It worked fine so far anf then all the trouble came in a sudden.My son and my wife work on it as well and they just download whatever they feel like,although I had my pc scanned online and I have Kasepersky ant malware bites killer.No spyware no virus as far as I know.
Did you disable hibernate? If yes try enable it, open comand promt in (run as administrator) and type: powercfg -h on. This should enable hibernation. Don't forget to report back. Cheers

Sounds like a faulty/bad built PC, and I don't think it's your fault here. Just out of curiosity, what's your temperatures reading? Maybe it's overheating? Anyway, I would take it back to whom you bought it from immidiately.

I understand you would like to know what´s wrong with it first, but if system is infected or corrupted a clean install rules out any of those before you go buying any new hardware and you also did mention that machine was running ok before.
