    What is the major difference between the two versions. Which one is faster and why? Thanks

    Actually, I have used the both versions and I cannot find difference in speed and performance. Now I am using the Home Premium genuine edition...

    Ultimate version carries the 64 bits version as well that is the main difference between the home and ultimate.
