Windows 7 hammers other os when it comes to input lag / latency and here is my question are there any tweaks i can change to maximize low latency like aero , drivers and stuff. Do you know any registry tweaks and such to optimize it?

Nope, Windows 8.1 hammers 7, anytime anywhere.

What exactly does the OP mean, what lag and what tweak should solve it?

Something like more fps = lower input lag and changing aero/visual effect/dwm is known to have impact on that. I know that u cant expect change like from 60hz to 144hz monitor from tweaks but knowing some would be good .

8.1 feels the same as 10 to be and u cant disable dwm there ( or i saw some experiments breaking everything trying to do so and still failing with input lag).

Win 7 all the way its proven fact.

Win 8.1 for the win. It has better memory management and stability.

I honestly like 8.1! I was using that on my FX Vishera system, which consisted of this: FX 8350, Asus Sabertooth 990FX R 2.0, 16 GB DDR3 SDRAM (I was thinking that I had G Skill Rip Jaws for sticks) and a GeForce GT 640, which pretty much is an earlier version of the GeForce GTX 750/Ti, albeit that wasn't what Nvidia intended, IIRC. And of course vice-versa, with the GTX 750/Ti behaving like an later version of the GT 640. Before I traded the system for a monitor that was good for the time, in spring, 2016, IIRC. And in 2016, the video card was upgraded to a GeForce GTX 660 Ti, before trading the rig.
