Bad copy of the either ISO or DVD!

Download an new one and compare the Checksum SHA1 before using!

Bad iso or burning process. Compare the SHA-1 with msdn one

If you get this error when trying to use a flash drive as your boot media, make sure you are plugged into a USB 2.0 port NOT a USB 3.0 port.
