I have a problem with Windows 7. Everytime i boot the pc the libraries folder and contents pops up on the screen, instead of the desktop. can anyone help with this problem? thanks.
    Note: i have tried msconfig.

How do you mean? All library folders are opened automatically? Have you checked the 'startup' item in the Start menu?

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

It is not in startup. it comes up with documents, pictures, music and videos, as it would if you clicked on libraries folder

What you describe seems to be that your system starts 'explorer.exe' but the program thinks that it or another desktop is already running and therefore opens with the standard-view.

It could be a desktop-replacement-tool or just some false registry entries. Or even some over-config; try system restore.
