    Hello,
I installed Widows 7 ultimate a while back and now it says my copy is not genuine.
I used 7loader by Orbit & Hazar and the install was successful, or so I thought.
Not a techie but not stupid either.
    Any suggestions would be welcome.
    Thank you, Michaellbb

you probably installed the WAT update from Microsoft (KB971033)

unfortunately, if you installed that and is using any type of loaders, you will get blacklisted.

you will have to uninstall that update from Control Panel, uninstall the Loader, and reinstall the loader, this time, set the updates to manual, and hide (KB971033).

From most accounts, the Daz loader (1.73 or 1.77) passes genuine with KB971033 installed.

I passed multiple times with it installed, as have many others. You may want to read Daz's program loader thread.

I'm using a bios mod now, so no need for loaders and such.

I had the same problem, I believe I had Hazor's 1.6 installed, but I really cannot remember. Removing update and reinstalling with Daz. Will let you know if it works :)

    Hello,
I am a little confused. Would I be better off doing a clean install then using the Daz
    v1.7 loader?
Would I have a better chance of being validated with a fresh install?
    Thanks,
    Michaellbb

Innumerable threads on non-genuine problems after WAT, mostly with loaders. Perhaps the mods can think of having a sticky on this issue.

    windows 7 activation success

    Hello,
The solution from nojuan999 was successful in activating windows 7.
I uninstalled the 7 loader by Hazar.
I then ran the Windows 7 loader ver1.7.7r by Daz.
Went to the 7 activation site, clicked validate windows and the result,
    Validation successful.
I thank you folks for your kind attention, accurate information, and hope y'all got it good.
    Thanks,
    michaellbb

There is NO need to do anything else.
If you already Validated and passed as Genuine.

Yea bud you are good to go. I would however keep checking Daz's 7loader thread for any updates to the loader because although you are good to go, it does not mean that you are safe forever with the WAT service constantly evolving.
