I am looking to find the Greek Windows 7 ISO RTM version with all versions passed to one ISO or their Ultimate Units and then configure the file to show other versions during their installation.

Every MSDN Starter, Basic, Premium, Pro and Ultimate ISO contains all mentioned SKUs (x64 has no starter). Not Pro VL.

By deleting the ei.cfg it will be able to install any of the SKUs.

    sorry, no iso

you can get/create msdn isos using svf patchs

ddl the english iso (source) + greek svf, put all in same folder, extract

SmartVersion | Tools + Scripts + Windows 7 SVF Repository

Greek guy here hesres how Ive updated an English Windows 7 iso to the latest updates and greek language intergraded:

    1)Download the english ISO
2)Use the Simplix tool (found on the Sticky Threads)
to intergrate the latest windows updates to the iso image
    3) Once this done download the greek language pack from froggie . sk
4)Use NTLite to downgrade it to the fina ISO image file

All integrated LPs will be installed, unnecessary increasing the install footprint, but if you want LPs, use this: W7MUI
and always first integrate the LP and next the updates, else many updates need to be re-installed after integrating the LPs.
And no need for NTLite either.

Thanks Enthousiast I was looking for a better tool as I dislike NTLite
I may get a bit out of topic but I'd like to ask you
Do you recomend Windows 7 Embedded on a Ryzen system using your
    Simplix tool?

    I don't have a ryzen nor embedded 7, sorry:)

My beta scripts should work for ryzen but not with embedded, 2 people said the created regular sku's worked on ryzen systems.
