Hey guys, I have a bit of computer savvy but I'm brand new to this site and this current problem I'm having. A couple months back, I purchased a legit (or what I thought was a legit) copy of Windows 7 Home Edition from a website (the name escapes me right now...it was something like Office2011.com or close to that). Everything was working GREAT until this morning when my girlfriend logged onto the computer and the "WIndows 7 not genuine" message popped up. I've been perusing around on here...is my problem as simple as running the WATFix and then running the Loader 2.1.3 and then re-validating??
Perhaps. Watfix may be unnecessary, although it will do no harm. I would suggest running mgadiag first.
Thanks for the reply...the site was officestore2011.com. Funny how my email is "no longer in their system" and it's been exactly ONE MONTH since I've purchased it. It seems to me like I paid $80 for a trial version, but their site swears their product keys come straight from Microsoft and have never been used of course. I've emailed them about 5 times and of course they have yet to respond. I'm at work right now and don't have access to my computer.

@marcopolo437 - I am having a hard time following you, or even knowing why you post in this thread. Elsewhere, you were talking about a problem with Ghost that you thought was caused by Daz loader, so you were told to uninstall the loader and check if Ghost worked then. Are still talking about the same problem? Did you become non-genuine after uninstalling the loader, and use Trilogy to reset it? If so, you should be good for another 30 days of trial status, and could reactivate with loader anytime. Does Ghost work now? Or are you now talking about something completely different here?
hi yes the first problem was to ghost my pc i have uninstall loader but then on my desktop was windows not genuine ! then i unzip wat fix but nothing in directory ... like the post 6 now i will try th gost one more time ! do u think loader 213 is better than trilogy 42 ? what is the best choice ? how can i post a thank for members who helped me ? regards Diagnostic Report (1.9.0027.0): ----------------------------------------- Windows Validation Data--> Validation Code: 0 Cached Online Validation Code: N/A, hr = 0xc004f012 Windows Product Key: *****-*****-X92GV-V7DCV-P4K27 Windows Product Key Hash: aU2z1/fnhnLHmhBm699qYZT2E6s= Windows Product ID: 00426-OEM-8992662-00400 Windows Product ID Type: 2 Windows License Type: OEM SLP Windows OS version: 6.1.7601.2.00010100.1.0.001 ID: {528A3406-A193-4BEA-A1BC-4A65BFA865D2}(3) Is Admin: Yes TestCab: 0x0 LegitcheckControl ActiveX: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Product Name: Windows 7 Ultimate Architecture: 0x00000000 Build lab: 7601.win7sp1_gdr.120330-1504 TTS Error: Validation Diagnostic: Resolution Status: N/A Vista WgaER Data--> ThreatID(s): N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Windows XP Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 File Exists: No Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaTray.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 WgaLogon.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGA Notifications Data--> Cached Result: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Version: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGAExec.exe Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGAAddin.dll Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 OGA Data--> Office Status: 109 N/A OGA Version: N/A, 0x80070002 Signed By: N/A, hr = 0x80070002 Office Diagnostics: 025D1FF3-364-80041010_025D1FF3-229-80041010_025D1FF3-230-1_025D1FF3-517-80040154_025D1FF3-237-80040154_025D1FF3-238-2_025D1FF3-244-80070002_025D1FF3-258-3 Browser Data--> Proxy settings: N/A User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Win32) Default Browser: C:\Users\johnyBEGOOD\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe Download signed ActiveX controls: Prompt Download unsigned ActiveX controls: Disabled Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Allowed Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe: Disabled Allow scripting of Internet Explorer Webbrowser control: Disabled Active scripting: Allowed Script ActiveX controls marked as safe for scripting: Allowed File Scan Data--> Other data--> Office Details: <GenuineResults><MachineData><UGUID>{528A3406-A193-4BEA-A1BC-4A65BFA865D2}</UGUID><Version>1.9.0027.0</Version><OS>6.1.7601.2.00010100.1.0.001</OS><Architecture>x32</Architecture><PKey>*****-*****-*****-*****-P4K27</PKey><PID>00426-OEM-8992662-00400</PID><PIDType>2</PIDType><SID>S-1-5-21-134604524-3188891830-3803980097</SID><SYSTEM><Manufacturer>Dell Inc.</Manufacturer><Model>Vostro1710</Model></SYSTEM><BIOS><Manufacturer>Dell Inc.</Manufacturer><Version>A12</Version><SMBIOSVersion major="2" minor="4"/><Date>20090318000000.000000+000</Date></BIOS><HWID>306A3107018400F8</HWID><UserLCID>040C</UserLCID><SystemLCID>0409</SystemLCID><TimeZone>Paris, Madrid(GMT+01:00)</TimeZone><iJoin>0</iJoin><SBID><stat>3</stat><msppid></msppid><name></name><model></model></SBID><OEM><OEMID>DELL </OEMID><OEMTableID>M08 </OEMTableID></OEM><GANotification/></MachineData><Software><Office><Result>109</Result><Products/><Applications/></Office></Software></GenuineResults> Spsys.log Content: 0x80070002 Licensing Data--> Version du service de licences logicielles : 6.1.7601.17514 Nom : Windows(R) 7, Ultimate edition Description : Windows Operating System - Windows(R) 7, OEM_SLP channel ID d’activation : 7cfd4696-69a9-4af7-af36-ff3d12b6b6c8 ID d’application : 55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f PID étendu : 00426-00178-926-600400-02-1036-7601.0000-1552012 Identificateur d’installation : 020453912043851170126555916886136091387582962104885541 url ok Clé de produit partielle : P4K27 État de la licence : période de grâce initiale Temps restant : 42600 minute(s) (29 jour(s)) Nombre de réinitialisations de Windows restant : 2 Heure approuvée : 03/06/2012 09:56:28 Windows Activation Technologies--> HrOffline: 0x00000000 HrOnline: 0xC004C533 HealthStatus: 0x0000000000000000 Event Time Stamp: 6:2:2012 18:19 ActiveX: Registered, Version: 7.1.7600.16395 Admin Service: Registered, Version: 7.1.7600.16395 HealthStatus Bitmask Output: HWID Data--> HWID Hash Current: OAAAAAEABAABAAEAAQACAAAAAwABAAEAeqj0u5yLRoO6+QQUBgzWmfwqHLgeDft22I/W6j7wRso= OEM Activation 1.0 Data--> N/A OEM Activation 2.0 Data--> BIOS valid for OA 2.0: yes Windows marker version: 0x0 OEMID and OEMTableID Consistent: yes BIOS Information: ACPI Table Name OEMID Value OEMTableID Value APIC INTEL CRESTLNE FACP TOSCPL CRESTLNE HPET INTEL CRESTLNE BOOT PTLTD $SBFTBL$ MCFG INTEL CRESTLNE TCPA Intel CRESTLNE TMOR PTLTD OSFR TOSHIB A+2nd ID APIC INTEL CRESTLNE SLIC DELL M08 SSDT SataRe SataAhci SSDT SataRe SataAhci SSDT SataRe SataAhci SSDT SataRe SataAhci after a new test the ghost error is always may be the only one i have to do is to save data and format disks and then reinstall win7 with loader 213 ! is it my last chance ? Hello I have a user at my company running a copy of 64-bit Windows 7 Enterprise on a Dell E6420 laptop and he keeps getting the pop up window message "This computer is not running genuine Windows 7". He has had the machine rebuilt twice and one of my colleagues has forced an activation so the system properties say the windows is genuine but this error message keeps popping up. Any ideas on how to fix this.
Considering it could also be activated via MAK key, your colleague is using Enterprise Edition of Windows 7. I would recommend he call Microsoft directly to get this straightened out at: 1 (888)-571-2048. When it comes to legitimate business with corporate software, always go to Microsoft Directly.
