    Hello all,
Every so often I check my performance index in
    Control Panel/System/re-run assessment.
    My current index is 5.9
Just recently my re-run assessment stopped at the
final stage when it wanted to check the speed of the CPU.
I get a warning message that the CPU data exchange speed can't be
    checked. No reason given.
For some reason I looked at my Resource Monitor
and found that both the Microsoft Software Protection Platform Service
and the Microsoft Office Software Protection Platform Service
    have been suspended.
I'm using an OS loader and MS Toolkit. I'm assuming that's why these services have been
    suspended in the Resource Monitor.
Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me. I'm intrigued by this kind of stuff. :g:
    regards all.

Could be a problem with your Graphic Card Driver! If it was updated by MS, uninstall and use an origin driver for to reinstall again, but do not restart Windows between those two action!
