Hi All, My brother has a Technet Account and gave me a key to activate 6 months ago. My Windows 7 Ultimate got NOT Genuine yesterday. What's wrong with MS Technet ? Does anyone know the reason why - please let me know about this. Thanks for your concern in advance.
As canouna said, the Key never gets expired along with the account, either your acc. or Key might be blocked by M$,If the account gets blocked all the keys generated using the account will get blacklisted..
Thanks for your concern. As you said ... the problem could be that if my brother's account expires... the keys might be blacllisted .... is it right ?
Thanks for your concern. My brother does not sell keys. How can MS block all his keys? In what case will MS block keys from TechNet or MSDN account in your opinion ?
Try re-validating and no thecnet/msdn keys do NOT expire along with the subscription, if you are using the same key on multiple PC's you may have a problem
Keys don't expire whatsoever. If key gets blacklisted, so does the account. P.S.: MSDN/TechNet keys have limited activation usage.
