Windows 7 SP1 Telemetry slipstream and how to pull a key from a dead windows install

So I messed up my partition table, and used testdisk. Some windows files are corrupted though. How can I pull the key from the dead install and is there a easier way to slipstream updates in bulk because I have to avoid the Convenience Rollup (to avoid the telemetry)?
