Hello all! I have recently installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on my Toshiba device and is just running fine. However, I recently noticed that when I open Google Chrome or MS IE8, my taskbar and desktop stuck for about one minute then regain activity. Any idea about what the cause can be? BTW, I use McAfee Total Protection 2010 as my protection software. Thanks.
There are several issues with google chrome at the moment. And lots of people (not everybody), have some of those issues. I'd suggest using FF or IE, untill those bugs get fixed in the (maybe) near future.
He said it also happens when he uses IE8 as well. I'm not sure what to suggest. What are the system specifications of your Toshiba? CPU? Hard Drive? RAM? What kind of video does it have?
