    this feature is available in win7 ultimate, right ?
    or this different one ?

    yes,but this program makes it work on other versons of windows(website says all except windows 7 starter edition)

    themes from that site i liked was the new avatar.star trek.cats.harry potter.and there were a lot others.and they were easy to install.
