Windows 7 transparency issues

    Anyone else have issues where the taskbar and window borders will be transparent then go back to being black? Aero is still enabled, and when I go to color intensity and change it back to clear it goes back when I open another window.

    Using GeForce 8800 GTS happens with both the built in drivers and the nVidia 180 WHQL drivers.

    Hi HSChronic,
    I don't have a problem with turning black, but they do get dark on my Sony VAIO which has nVidia Go6400 graphics.

    it works just fine here with no problems at all on my HP with nVidia 9300

    Welcome the TDL forums, :)

    Are you sure its just Live Mesh ?
    I'm sure I swaped to Live Sync when I installed 6956

    Anyway, Thanks for the info :)

    I've just checked my Vaio.
    I had Live Mesh installed, tho not setup.
    After un-installing it the problem stops. :)

    Yep! It's Live Mesh. I just uninstalled it myself and everything is back to normal. Very annoying. I hope they fix it soon.
