Windows 7 Ultimate SLIC/SLP activation to Windows 10 Pro error 0xc004c003

    Hi,

    i upgraded my SLP/SLIC activated Windows 7 Ultimate to Windows 10 Pro. But when i try to activate it, the comes an error message 0xc004c003 (blocked product key).

    Is this normal?

    Thanks for the answer! Is there anything i can do afterwards? Or do i have to reinstall again?

    I started over and it worked with enabled Internet connection on the old Windows 7 installation.
