Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 with .net 4.51 All Updates to Jan 2014

    Can someone Guide me to a Link for Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 with .net 4.51 All Updates to Jan 2014.
    Because the current Build ( Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64 ) doesn't not include .net 4.51.
    And takes a long time to install it through m/s updates.
    Or could someone tell me how to slipstream it into this version.
