open source folder in iso and delete ei.cfg file. now save this iso. after that when installing, you will get to choose which edition to install.
that's Win7 Ultimate SP1 (x86), which is 32bit. for 64bit you need "en_windows_7_ultimate_with_sp1_x64_dvd_u_677332.iso" also, the product key entered during setup determines the Win7 edition you'll be installing. reason why you're getting Win7 home basic is because of the product key you entered at setup. make sure you enter a valid key for Win7 ultimate.
There is no key to enter during setup, the ei.cfg skips that and on not modified iso's it will autoselect the edition the ei.cfg contains.
