Please post more details (like your exact hardware specs, which drivers you have installed (GPU/Chipset etc.)
did you ever even attempt to google for windows whea logger? there are a billion vista related things on that topic and even many for win7 already. windows hardware event app. means roughly that your hardware has some problems. could be to drivers issues but maybe its just that your hardware is actually broken. try for proper drivers for all your main components (chipset, mobo, gfx chipset, cpu, controllers). it that doesnt solve the problem you gotta errorreport to microsoft with the vista/win7 builtin error/diagnostic messages and submit them frequently to microsoft and hope that some kind of solution shows up after a while during the errorreport dialogs (control panel, activity center or what its called in win7).
