I know windows 8.1 or 10 is superior in every way but this is the only windows that is supported on my motherboard asus f5 [ASUS X50SL] (If i try to install windows 10 laptop shuts down if I try to install 8.1 blue screen and restart ((() I am tired of windows 7 and I want to try windows 8 again but I need the iso. Can't find it anywhere... Anyone has original msdn file laying somewhere? Thanks guys!
Enthousiast I know... I downloaded original iso from microsoft page for windows 10 and 8.1 but there is no 8.0 iso that is why I am asking if someone has it saved somewhere and can share on google drive or somewhere else...
Enthousiast I know it's not supported but it's the only newer windows than windows 7 that works on my laptop. I have the latest bios and everything and any windows newer than windows 8 refuses to install. I tired the upgrade tool, I tried to install windows 10 on other computer than move hard drive to laptop and it just shuts down my laptop when booting. It looks like they changed something in the installer/uefi that breaks support for this laptop. Do you need video proof?
I don't need anything. Did you try to implement @murphy78's Diskpart & apply image script? It circumvents the original setup and applies the image directly, sets up the boot entry, etcetc,,,
