Windows 8.1 activacion problem

    I've problem with Windows 8.1 activation. Activation says that Product Key is already in use on different computer. This license has been never used on different PC and no hardware changes has made. Phone activation don't working for me. Is it possible "unlink" computers from my MS account like in Office 365 profile?

    My license is from MSDN AA
