Did get my 8.1 pro activated, my Corsairlink2 for my H100i is about the only device not working, properly. According to my research, windows 8.1 has made changes to the usb stack. I was wondering if any members out there have had similar issues with devices in 8.1
I had a strange problem with my Nexus 4 not working on one of USB ports, while it works just fine on others. Although the problem started even while I was on Windows 8, so almost makes me thinking there's something wrong with my PC. Make sure you try your misbehaving device in all of your USB ports and see if there's any difference?
Yup, I did, according to this article, Microsoft did make changes to the usb stack implementation in 8.1 I cannot post a link, but if you look for: ""windows 8.1 preview: what's new for usb" you'll see what I mean. Looks like a lot of vendor will have issues with this.
