Hey, I want to Sideload apps in Windows 8.1.

In Windows 8, I could easily save the appx package and the license with the help of Kost's Tokens Extractor. And could install the license with the help of wsll.exe .
But in Windows 8.1, though I can save the appx package through the WindowsUpdate.log . But I can't find a way to save the license. I think that it can be made through the data from tokens.dat but still I can't find a way to install the saved license.
So, the point is that I will install the appx package but How do I save and install the app license?

    Please give some Suggestions.

Since you were using an activator or something similar i guess currently there is no way for 8.1 as you need to have a genuine Enterprise Sideloading Key or "Windows Embedded 8.1 Sideloading MAK" Key. Just my thought.
