Maybe...
...if you will erase the hand with Content Aware in Photoshop CC and use result as input for Google Image, then you will get original photo under similar pictures section...

 

Too much of the image is lost under the hand for content aware to rebuild it, you could remove all the icons and probably the taskbar, but not the hand, unless you want to manually rebuild the image with other tools

I already tried reverse image search using the top right 1/4 of the mountains, which should have found it if it was there, but nothing

 

It could be a paid image, then you most likely won't find a clean hi-res version of it in the wild.

Don't think OP wants the Windows logo or anything, just the wallpaper of the mountains

Please stick to the topic and if possible try to the find that Wallpaper without the icons and start button. Also please don't convert this thread as a Photoshop discussion thread, because people who come may not be Graphic designers as MrMagic asked about the Lens Flare other people may ask other stuffs, hope i didn't make my point wrong. PS: I know Photoshop and Illustrator that doesn't mean i should discuss that here in this topic.
