Windows 8.1 - Flickering Taskbar

    Does anyone else have this issue?

    I've uninstalled the ATI GFX drivers and reinstalled the latest stable. 13.9

    Im using Startisback too, not sure if this could be the problem? Pretty sure its a gfx issue!


    Edit:Uninstalled SIB, Its still flickering! deffo think its a GFX or a GFX setting maybe?
